Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 13 July 2026

These terms are maintained by Bridgeway Interiors Ltd and set out the basis on which we quote, contract for and deliver installation work. They apply alongside any written contract or itemised quote we issue to you. If any conflict arises between this page and your signed quote, the signed quote takes precedence.

1. About us

Bridgeway Interiors Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 17210140), registered office 57 Brookfield, NE27 0BJ. Contact: info@bridgewayinteriors.com, 07584 133 930.

2. Website use

This website is provided for general information only. We take reasonable care to keep content accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete or current. Pricing on the site is indicative unless confirmed in a written quote. You may not use the site in any way that is unlawful, misleading, or that could damage the site or the interests of any user.

3. Quotations

Verbal estimates are indicative only. A binding quotation is issued only in writing, itemised and signed by both parties. Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue unless stated otherwise. Any changes to the agreed scope after acceptance will be captured in a written variation with any price and timeline impact set out in full.

4. Deposits and payments

Deposit schedule, stage payments and final balance terms are set out in your signed quote. Deposits secure your project slot and cover initial material ordering. Balances become due on the milestones identified in your contract. Late payments may accrue statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 where applicable.

5. Access and site conditions

You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the property during agreed working hours and to make services (water, gas, power) available for necessary isolations. Where hidden defects are uncovered during works (for example asbestos, undeclared structural issues, damaged services), we will pause, notify you in writing and agree a variation before continuing.

6. Materials, appliances and supply

Where you supply your own materials or appliances, our workmanship guarantee applies only to our installation of those items, not to the items themselves. Where we supply, manufacturer warranties are registered in your name and included in your handover pack.

7. Workmanship guarantee

We guarantee our installation workmanship for 12 months from the date of sign-off. This covers defects arising from the installation itself. It does not cover: fair wear and tear; damage caused by misuse, third-party alterations, subsequent trades or acts of nature; product failure covered by the manufacturer warranty; or settlement/movement of the building beyond our control.

8. Snagging and completion

A snagging walk-round is carried out at handover. Snags identified within 14 days of sign-off are addressed as part of the original contract. Snags reported later within the 12-month workmanship period will be addressed under the guarantee at no charge where applicable.

9. Cancellation

Consumer cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply where the contract is agreed off our premises. Full details are provided with your quote acceptance pack. Cancellation after work or bespoke ordering has begun may incur costs for materials already committed.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability for any project is limited to the price paid under the relevant contract. We hold £5m Public Liability insurance for the protection of our clients.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Consumers keep any statutory rights they have in the jurisdiction where they live.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version and date at the top of the page reflect the current version.
