- Respond to enquiries and arrange free home surveys.
- Prepare designs, quotes and contracts.
- Deliver installation work and after-sales support during your 12-month workmanship guarantee.
- Send occasional service updates relevant to your project.

We rely on the following UK GDPR legal bases: (a) taking steps to enter into a contract with you and to perform that contract; (b) our legitimate interest in operating and improving our business; (c) compliance with legal obligations (for example accounting records); and (d) your consent where required (for example for optional marketing). 5. Sharing your information
We share personal information only where necessary, with our own designers, project managers and installers; with trusted suppliers who deliver materials to your address; with regulated bodies where certification is required (for example NICEIC, Gas Safe or Building Control); with our professional advisors (accountants, insurers, legal advisors); and where we are legally required to do so. We do not sell your personal information.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months from your last contact. Client project records are kept for the length of the workmanship guarantee plus a further 6 years to comply with accounting and limitation-period requirements.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls, encryption in transit and secure disposal of physical records. No online system is 100% secure; we do not guarantee absolute security and recommend you never send sensitive information (bank details, ID) by email.
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, to correct it, to request erasure, to restrict or object to processing, to portability, and to withdraw consent.
