We collect only the information we need to quote for, deliver and support your project. That typically means:

• Contact details: name, address, phone number and email.
• Project details: postcode, property type, room dimensions, photographs and design preferences you provide.
• Correspondence: emails, messages, call notes and survey notes.
• Technical information: basic analytics such as pages visited and device type, collected via first- and third-party cookies.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

• Respond to enquiries and arrange free home surveys.
• Prepare designs, quotes and contracts.
• Deliver installation work and after-sales support during your 12-month workmanship guarantee.
• Send occasional service updates relevant to your project.

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months from your last contact. Client project records are kept for the length of the workmanship guarantee plus a further 6 years to comply with accounting and limitation-period requirements.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls, encryption in transit and secure disposal of physical records. No online system is 100% secure; we do not guarantee absolute security and recommend you never send sensitive information (bank details, ID) by email.
