Concealed cistern frames from Geberit, Grohe and equivalents on solid-fixed steel supports, never lightweight kits. Removable access panels behind matching tiled openings.
Porcelain and ceramic laid on tanked cement board or backer board in wet zones. Grouts and adhesives specified by zone, one wrong adhesive is a full re-tile 18 months later.
Electric UFH matting is straightforward and effective in en-suites, pair it with a Wi-Fi thermostat and it costs pennies a day to run for the hour you actually use it.
Fan sized to room volume (litres per second), ducted to external wall in insulated flex, humidistat-controlled where possible. Non-negotiable for internal en-suites above habitable rooms.
For conversions we handle soil pipe re-routing (macerator or gravity), joist reinforcement for tray build-up, and dormer or Velux positioning for extraction routing.
